Job summary

Burt Plumbing Solutions in Warkworth, North Auckland, is seeking a qualified Plumber and/or Drainlayer to join our local team. The role covers residential plumbing and drainage across the wider Mahurangi area, including renovations and maintenance.

We offer training, upskilling, a company van, uniform and PPE, and a supportive team environment with long-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• NZ PGDB licence as Plumber and/or Drainlayer.
• Residential plumbing and drainage experience.
• Reliable, professional and good communicator.

Responsibilities

• Carry out residential plumbing and drainage work across Mahurangi.
• Work on renovations, new builds, repairs and maintenance.
• Operate and maintain drainage gear and equipment.
• Liaise with customers and other trades to ensure quality outcomes.

We're currently looking for a qualified Plumber and/or Drainlayer to join our Warkworth-based team.

About the role

This is a varied position, with most of the work being residential plumbing and drainage across the wider Mahurangi area. One day you might be working on a renovation or new build, and the next dealing with a drainage repair, hot water system, blocked drain or maintenance job.

Our drainage side is growing, and we have invested in the gear to do the job properly, including CCTV drain inspection equipment, hydro jetting equipment, a Kubota digger and tipper truck.

About you

You’ll need to hold an NZ PGDB licence as a Plumber and/or Drainlayer and be based in North Auckland - ideally around Warkworth, Matakana, Snells Beach or surrounding areas.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is reliable and professional, communicates well with customers and other trades, and is comfortable working independently.

Most importantly, we want someone with a good attitude who enjoys being part of a team and is willing to get stuck in.
