Job summary

Tribe Group in Auckland is seeking a senior IT Infrastructure leader to unite the Infrastructure and DevOps teams and drive our hybrid cloud strategy, with a strong focus on Azure. You will balance strategic uplift with hands-on involvement in major incidents and complex platform challenges.

This high-impact role partners with information security, architecture and service delivery to raise operational excellence, reliability, automation and cost control, shaping platform strategy and execution

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience bringing IT Infrastructure + DevOps teams.
• Strong hybrid platform background: Azure, M365, IAM.
• Deep knowledge of IaC, CI/CD, automation and observability.
• Experience improving service reliability: incidents, changes, DR, monitoring.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to set standards and delegate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and unite IT Infrastructure and DevOps teams across hybrid platforms.
• Evolve core platforms across Azure, on-prem, M365 and identity.
