Job summary

Qualifications
- Proven track record leading Platform Engineering and DevOps teams.
- Experience delivering secure, reliable, and scalable platform services.
- Ability to translate strategy into platform roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and servant leadership capabilities.
- Experience with incident and problem management, production support.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end platform lifecycle, including delivery, operations, and improvement.
- Lead an established team of Senior DevOps Engineers.
- Balance delivery priorities with operational stability and long-term platform health.
