Job summary

KiwiQuest in New Zealand is seeking a field planting crew lead for a fixed-term horticultural role. You will oversee daily planting operations and support the crew to maintain productivity, quality and safety on site.

The position involves coordinating workloads, mentoring team members, and ensuring safety compliance, with transport provided where applicable. Extended hours may be available during peak seasons.
