Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a Planogram Merchandiser to accurately execute planograms and relays in the Upper Hutt region. You will build strong relationships with store and retail management while working on a casual basis to support major NZ retailers and FMCG brands.

Hours vary and flexibility across Monday to Friday is required. The role involves physical tasks, audits, and daily photo submissions via mobile devices, with opportunities to grow within BIG.

Qualifications

• Successful candidate will have planogram experience in grocery or retail environments.
• Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team focus.
• Confidence working within supermarket and retail environments.
• Ability to perform in a physical and repetitive role.

Responsibilities

• Executing planograms and relays accurately and efficiently.
• Building and maintaining relationships with store and retail management.
• Ensuring products and displays are positioned correctly and to plan.
• Installing Point of Sale.
• Completing audits, compliance and quality checks.
• Lifting, pushing, pulling and stacking products as required.
• Submitting tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Representing BIG positively and professionally.
• Provide vital backup support by stepping in for sick leave or holidays.

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is an industry-leading experiential and field merchandising organisation, with a mobile workforce community of over 2,500 strong across Australia and NZ.

As a Planogram Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for accurately executing planograms and relays in the Upper Hutt region, while building and maintaining strong relationships with store and retail management. Working on a casual basis, you'll help BIG support some of New Zealand's major retailers and FMCG brands.

About the Role:

Hours vary depending on business needs, so flexibility across Monday to Friday is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executing planograms and relays accurately and efficiently
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with store and retail management
• Ensuring products and displays are positioned correctly and to plan
• Installing Point of Sale
• Completing audits, compliance and quality checks
• Lifting, pushing, pulling and stacking products as required
• Submitting tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Representing BIG and our clients positively and professionally
• Provide vital backup support by stepping in for team members taking sick leave or annual holidays.

Successful candidate will have:

• Previous planogram experience in a grocery or retail environment
• Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing to an overall team focus
• Confidence working within supermarket and retail environments
• The ability to work in a role that is physical and repetitive
