Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) in Wanaka is seeking a casual field representative to visit stores such as New World Wanaka and Three Parks. The role involves relationship building, POS installation, and daily photo submissions.

It is a flexible, part-time position designed for someone who can work autonomously and handle physical tasks. Successful candidates will enjoy a friendly company culture, ongoing training, and an opportunity to support major FMCG brands across NZ.

Qualifications

• Retail or supermarket experience is desirable but not required.
• Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Role is physical and repetitive.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain quality relationships in stores.
• Install Point of Sale equipment and signage.
• Conduct audits, compliance and quality checks.
• Submit tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent Brand Influence Group (BIG) professionally.

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is an industry leading experiential and field marketing organisation with a mobile workforce community which is over 2,500 strong across Australia and NZ. Located within Wanaka you will be responsible for maintaining and building store relationships in stores on casual basis, helping BIG support major FMCG Brands.

About The Role

• Up to 4 hours per week
• New World Wanaka + Three Parks
• 1st visit - Sun OR Mon
• 2nd visit - Wed OR Thurs
• Flexible to cover other tasks preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining quality relationships in stores
• Installing Point of Sale
• Auditing, compliance and quality checks
• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally

Successful candidate will need:

• Retail and or supermarket experience is highly desirable but not necessary
• Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously
• Ability to work in a role that is physical & repetitive
