Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a SUPERSTAR Merchandiser to cover sick and holiday leave in Amberley. This casual, ongoing role requires flexibility across Monday to Friday, with immediate start.

You will manage relays/planograms, pricing and ticketing, and build strong relationships with Grocery personnel while working in-store across multiple locations. Physical tasks include standing, walking, bending, and lifting as needed.

Qualifications

• Planogram experience in grocery/retail (not essential)
• Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to perform the physical & repeated requirements of the role

Responsibilities

• Developing strong relationships with Grocery personnel
• Creating and maintaining relays/planograms in stores
• Pricing and ticketing compliance
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone
• Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements

Join our Cover Team on an ongoing, casual basis. You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as relays/planograms, point of sale set-up, pricing and ticketing.

About The Role

Seeking a SUPERSTAR Merchandiser to join the BIG team in Amberley to help cover sick and holiday leave.

• Hours vary depending on business needs and are not limited to one store.
• Flexibility is required across Monday to Friday.
• Immediate start

Key Responsibilities

• Developing strong relationships with Grocery personnel
• Creating and maintaining quality relays/planograms in stores
• Pricing and ticketing compliance
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone
• Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful Candidate Will Have

• Planogram experience in a grocery/retail environment (not essential)
• Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
• Experience working within the Coles Group is highly regarded
• Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
