Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a Planogram Merchandiser to accurately execute planograms and relays in the Upper Hutt region. The role involves building strong relationships with store and retail management and working on a casual basis to support New Zealand’s retailers and FMCG brands.

Hours vary with business needs and require flexibility across Monday to Friday. The job offers training, local work, and ongoing opportunities for growth, with a focus on delivering quality visual

• Previous planogram experience in a grocery or retail environment.
• Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work autonomously while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Executing planograms and relays accurately and efficiently
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with store and retail management
• Ensuring products and displays are positioned correctly and to plan
• Installing Point of Sale
• Completing audits, compliance and quality checks
• Lifting, pushing, pulling and stacking products as required
• Submitting tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Representing BIG positively and professionally
• Providing backup support by stepping in for team members on leave

Job description

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is an industry-leading experiential and field merchandising organisation, with a mobile workforce community of over 2,500 strong across Australia and NZ.

As a Planogram Merchandiser, you’ll be responsible for accurately executing planograms and relays in the Upper Hutt region, while building and maintaining strong relationships with store and retail management. Working on a casual basis, you’ll help BIG support some of New Zealand’s major retailers and FMCG brands.

About The Role

Hours vary depending on business needs, so flexibility across Monday to Friday is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Executing planograms and relays accurately and efficiently
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with store and retail management
• Ensuring products and displays are positioned correctly and to plan
• Installing Point of Sale
• Completing audits, compliance and quality checks
• Lifting, pushing, pulling and stacking products as required
• Submitting tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Representing BIG and our clients positively and professionally
• Provide vital backup support by stepping in for team members taking sick leave or annual holidays.

Successful candidate will have:

• Previous planogram experience in a grocery or retail environment
• Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing to an overall team focus
• Confidence working within supermarket and retail environments
• The ability to work in a role that is physical and repetitive
