Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) in Te Aroha is seeking a casual, up-to 8 hours per week to maintain and build Woolworths store relationships as part of supporting major FMCG brands.

Role is located in Te Aroha with Friday-Sunday scheduling cues; applicants must be able to work Sundays after 12pm and Mondays before 2pm, with additional revisits on Wednesdays or Thursdays as required.

Qualifications

• Retail or supermarket experience is desirable.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Ability to perform physical and repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain quality relationships in Woolworths stores.
• Install Point of Sale materials and ensure visual standards.
• Conduct audits and quality checks to meet brand standards.
• Submit tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent Brand Influence Group positively and professionally.

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is an industry leading experiential and field marketing organisation with a mobile workforce community which is over 2,500 strong across Australia and NZ.

Located within Te Aroha you will be responsible for maintaining and building store relationships in Woolworths on an ongoing casual basis, helping BIG support major FMCG Brands.

About The Role

Up to 8 hours per week

Woolworths Te Aroha

Customers include: Unilever, Cartology, L'Oréal & Magnum (but not limited to)

SUN - After 12pm (anytime)

MON - Before 2pm (Tasks MUST be completed before 2pm)

• Must be available WED or THURS for revisits when required


• Hours are dependent on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining quality relationships in stores


• Installing Point of Sale


• Auditing, compliance and quality checks


• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet


• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally

Successful candidate will need:

• Retail and or supermarket experience is highly desirable but not necessary


• Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail


• An ability to work autonomously


• Ability to work in a role that is physical & repetitive
