Savor Group in Auckland’s renowned Non Solo Pizza is seeking an experienced Pizza Chef. You will manage a busy kitchen section with two years’ experience, delivering authentic Italian dishes and maintaining high standards.

You must be able to work evenings and weekends, stay calm under pressure, and guide junior staff while ensuring quality and food safety.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a comparable role.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Familiar with Italian cuisine.
• Able to run a busy section.

Responsibilities

• Operate your appointed kitchen section.
• Ensure quality execution of all food offerings.
• Assist in stock management including ordering, receiving, storing, rotation and wastage.
• Meet and exceed Savor standards of quality and consistency.
• Adhere to health and safety, food control plan and company policies.
• Guide junior staff members.
• Take tasks from Head Chef and senior team members.
