Job summary

AWF Limited in Rolleston, South Island, is seeking reliable pickers and de-vanners for immediate start. Roles involve unloading containers, picking and packing, unloading and reloading pallets, and using RF guns to despatch pallets.

You should be physically fit, able to lift up to 20 kg, work quickly, have own transport to Rolleston, and be prepared for a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen and background check. NZ work rights required.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 20kg throughout the day.
• Able to work at a fast pace and to travel to Rolleston daily.
• Must have own transport and NZ work rights.

Responsibilities

• De-vanning: unloading stock from containers into the warehouse.
• General warehouse duties including pick/pack, unloading/reloading pallets, and despatch using RF gun.

We are eagerly looking for the right people to fill a number of positions

We several positions currently with our client who operates a high volume and very fast paced South Island Distribution Centre in Rolleston . These roles are critical to ensuring our clients customers receive their products on time.

Your tasks will include:

• De-vanning: unloading stock from containers into the warehouse
• Other Warehouse duties including general pick packing, unloading and reloading pallets, using RF gun wrapping pallets for despatch

To be successful you will:

• Be physically fit and capable of lifting up to 20kg throughout the day
• Be able and happy to work at a fast pace
• Have own transport and be able to travel to Rolleston each day
• In addition to this you will be required to undertake a preemployment drug and alcohol screen and criminal history check. You must have the legal right to work in NZ
