Job summary

New Zealand Management Academies (NZMA) Auckland Central is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Tutor to deliver the Pharmacy Technician programme. The role is full-time, based in Auckland CBD, with potential part-time arrangements for the right candidate.

Ideal applicants are NZ-registered pharmacists or experienced Pharmacy Technicians with NZ certificates, possessing strong communication skills and a passion for education. Training and support will be provided.

Qualifications

• NZ Registered Pharmacist, or experienced Pharmacy Technician with NZ Certificate L5 or NZ Diploma L6.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Training provided for teaching—no prior teaching experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Pharmacy Technician programme to students.
• Share knowledge on community pharmacy, compounding, dispensing techniques and legislation.
• Support students with teaching tools and comprehensive training.
