Job summary

RWR Health is seeking a Pharmacy Team Lead to spearhead a busy community pharmacy in Invercargill. The role combines clinical dispensing with leadership, staff development and service improvement to deliver outstanding patient care.

You will manage a small team, uphold regulatory standards, and drive business performance while mentoring colleagues and building strong customer relationships. Relocation support is available and visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Current NZ Pharmacist registration and APC.
• Community pharmacy experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative and positive approach.
• Willingness to develop leadership capability.
• Ability to take initiative and work confidently.
• Interest in commercial and operational aspects of pharmacy.
• Genuine commitment to customer care.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the pharmacy team.
• Support staff performance, development and reviews.
• Build a positive, collaborative, high-performing culture.
• Support pharmacy sales and business performance.
• Manage personal and pharmacy-wide KPIs.
• Deliver safe and accurate dispensing services.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy legislation and standards.
• Support health initiatives and preventive healthcare services.
• Build relationships with customers, healthcare professionals and store leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve pharmacy services and patient care.
