Chemist Warehouse The Valley in New Zealand is seeking an intern pharmacist to join a supportive, experienced team. You will learn on the job, with guidance from a preceptor and our education team while contributing to dispensing and patient care.
You must have completed a Bachelor of Pharmacy and be eligible to register as a Pharmacy Intern with the Pharmacy Council NZ, with strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
Qualifikationen
- Completed Bachelor of Pharmacy degree with a NZ university or institute.
- Eligible to register as a Pharmacy Intern with the Pharmacy Council NZ and obtain an Annual Practising Certificate.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care.
- Reliable, organised, and eager to learn.
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
Aufgaben
- Assist in dispensing medications accurately and safely.
- Provide excellent customer service and health advice.
- Support the delivery of pharmacy services (e.g., vaccinations, health checks).
- Maintain stock, workflow, and dispensary standards.
- Work alongside the pharmacist preceptor to meet internship requirements.
- Dispensary clean and tidy.
- Attend Chemist Warehouse training days.
