Job summary

Petstock Wanaka is seeking a motivated team member to join our store. You will deliver exceptional customer service, help customers choose the right pet products, and contribute to a welcoming, pet-friendly shopping environment that keeps our customers coming back.

Responsibilities include keeping shelves stocked, learning product knowledge, processing sales, and assisting with stock replenishment. You will participate in safety practices and store meetings, and enjoy opportunities for training

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar retail environment.
• Ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and team.
• Comfort with lifting up to 20 kg and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and memorable interactions.
• Educate customers on pet care and product options.
• Complete sales transactions and help reach store sales goals.
