Gallagher in Hamilton is seeking a confident Personal Lines Broker to deliver tailored insurance solutions for domestic clients across homes, contents, vehicles, and more. You’ll build lasting relationships, service enquiries, and manage renewals and endorsements.

With strong communication and organisational skills, you’ll work with underwriters, support study toward NZQA Level 5 Certificate, and benefit from Gallagher’s study support program and career development.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building with domestic clients required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• NZQA Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services required or to be pursued.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with domestic clients, understanding their needs and handling enquiries.
• Service renewals, new business, alterations and endorsements.
• Provide expert advice on risk management strategies to protect clients and reduce total cost of risk.
• Collaborate with underwriters and stakeholders to deliver optimal client outcomes.
• Ensure activities align with industry regulations and Gallagher’s standards.
