Job summary

Pascoes Napier is seeking a friendly, reliable part-time Sales Consultant to help customers find the perfect jewellery or watch piece. You will share product knowledge, deliver exceptional service, and support the team during busy periods.

This role suits someone who loves meeting people and thrives in a friendly, team-based environment. Training is provided, with flexible hours and commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• Confident, positive and approachable personality.
• Loves connecting with people and building rapport quickly.
• Excellent customer service skills and genuine desire to help.
• Reliable, flexible with a can-do attitude.
• Willing to work minimum two days per week, including Sunday.
• Available for extra hours during Christmas and New Year period.

As a Permanent Part time Sales Consultant, you'll be helping customers find the perfect piece, sharing product knowledge, delivering exceptional service and supporting the team during busy trade periods and team leave.

What we're looking for:

• Someone who loves connecting with people and building rapport quickly
• Great customer service skills and a genuine desire to help
• Reliability, flexibility and a can-do attitude
• A quick learner who is keen to grow and develop
• A professional presentation and a great sense of humour
• Must be available to work minimum of two days, one being Sunday.
• Available to work extra hours over Christmas and New Year period.
