Zusammenfassung

Martin Brower is seeking a capable Warehouse Supervisor for our Auckland Distribution Centre to lead a busy team, uphold safety, and ensure on-time deliveries to our customer restaurants. You will drive our People First culture and develop staff across shifts.

You will coach and mentor staff, monitor the dispatch schedule, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with CoR and HACCP standards. Experience in FMCG environments and multi-temperature zones preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated supervisory experience in a warehouse/logistics environment.
• Experience in FMCG settings and multi-temperature zones is an advantage.
• Ability to motivate and develop a diverse team using inclusive people management principles.
• Willingness to drive safety, efficiency and customer service to meet KPIs.

Aufgaben

• Provide a safe working environment by inspections and implementing preventative actions.
• Ensure on-time delivery and service KPIs with regular reporting.
• Coach and mentor the warehouse operations team to maintain an engaged workforce.
• Maintain compliance with legislative and customer requirements (CoR and HACCP).
• Implement employee training and development initiatives and address performance concerns.
• Assist in monthly financial reporting and monitor performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure staffing aligns with volumes and optimize pick routes for efficiency.
• Foster engagement and continuous improvement across the workplace.
