You'll rotate through key People & Culture areas, gaining practical skills for a future permanent role. Applicants should have a relevant qualification and strong communication, with a genuine interest in workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Must have completed or be completing a qualification in HR, Employment Relations, Business, Psychology or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn.
• Strong organisation and administration skills.
• A genuine interest in people and workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Participate in recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Assist with Learning & Development and eLearning design.
• Gain exposure to Employee Relations and employment legislation.
• Support HR systems and people administration tasks.
• Contribute to workforce planning and talent development initiatives.
• Visit operations sites and interact with frontline teams.
• Receive mentoring and structured development reviews.
• Lead or contribute to real People & Culture projects with business impact.
