Reporting to the GM People & Culture you’ll be a key P&C partner supporting the business. You’ll spend time on site, building relationships, supporting leaders, and providing practical HR guidance where it’s needed most. • Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
  • Building strong, trusted relationships across various sites
About you

You’ll be someone who understands how to operate in a blue-collar, operational environment and can quickly build trust with frontline teams and leaders alike.

You’ll bring:

  • 3+ years’ HR / ER experience, ideally in logistics, ports, manufacturing, construction or similar
  • Confidence managing complex ER matters and investigations
  • Strong working knowledge of NZ employment legislation
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach with the ability to influence on the ground
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to have courageous conversations
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel at times when required by the business
  • Tertiary qualified in HR and/or employment relations
What’s in it for you?
  • Work within a dynamic, operational business where no two days are the same
  • Join a globally recognised organisation with strong growth and stability
