Job summary

Northpower is seeking a People & Capability Partner to support our Central region operations from the Hamilton depot. You will drive delivery of the People Plan within Energy Services, collaborating with people leaders to align processes, programs and systems with business objectives.

This is a broad generalist HR role with exposure across recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, and HR systems, with support to grow and thrive.

Qualifications

• Passion for people and strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.
• Experience in a generalist HR or recruitment role is essential.
• Tertiary HR qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to delivery of P&C continuous improvement initiatives.
• Increase and enhance P&C's contribution and presence within the business.
• Support P&C Delivery team and managers on ER issues.
• Aid Recruitment partner with end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Coordinate and produce HR reports and metrics for the HR team.
• Assist in delivering communications to Central Distribution and wider business.
