Horizons seeks a People & Capability Advisor (up to 30 hours/week) to join our People & Capability team. The role spans Horizons' geography, delivering HR services and advice to managers and staff to sustain strong employment relationships and a positive culture.

You will be an experienced HR generalist with ER and organisational development expertise, active in HRNZ and keen on ongoing professional development within the sector.

Qualifications

• Experienced generalist across Human Resource functions including ER and Organisational Development.
• Active membership of HRNZ and commitment to professional development.
