Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the operations of Pre Delivery Inspections (PDI).
• Administer PDI documentation in areas of job cards, invoices, warranty claims, creation of purchase orders and GRNs.
• Assign and monitor PDI work by Technicians.
• Liaise with contractors for PDI work to be performed.
• Perform quality checks on PDI work by Technicians and contractors.
• Ensure the quality of new cars meets customer expectations at delivery.
• Provide administrative and technical support to Sales personnel at the point of delivery.
• Liaise for outstanding PDI work to be performed after delivery.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the co-coordination of work involved in the operations of Pre Delivery Inspections (PDI).

2. Administer, in proper order, all PDI documentations in areas of job cards, invoices, warranty claims, creation of purchase orders and GRNs.

3. Assign and monitor PDI work by Technicians.

4. Liaise with contractors for the necessary PDI work to be performed.

5. Perform quality checks on PDI work by Technicians and contractors.

6. Ensure the quality of new cars is at levels meeting customer expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction at delivery.

7. Provide administrative and technical support to Sales personnel at the point of delivery.

8. Liaise for outstanding PDI work to be performed (if any) after delivery.

9. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
