Job summary

Moana New Zealand is seeking a permanent Process Worker to join the Porirua-based Wild Abalone team. You will process paua for domestic and export orders, including receipting, grading, packing and ensuring food safety compliance.

You will be a team player with a strong work ethic, physically fit and reliable. You will have completed NCEA and ideally be working toward aquaculture or fisheries qualifications; training is provided. Eligibility to work in NZ and a pre-employment medical is required.

Qualifications

• Completed NCEA for entry
• Willing to pursue aquaculture or fisheries qualification
• Training provided for role
• Experience in seafood processing advantageous
• Eligible to work in NZ
• Must pass pre-employment medical and drug test
