Responsibilities

• Timely answering of incoming phone calls.
• Timely and efficient acknowledgement and processing of patients and customers on arrival in the practice.
• Process patient purchases and payments.
• Provide education materials to patients about eye care and eyewear.
• Response to email and website contact within 24 hours.
• Deal with patient and customer queries, referring to Dispensing, Clinical, Technical and Administration staff as applicable.
• Optical pre-testing and optical post-testing.
• Support of Contact Lens and Clinical Assistants.
• Minor repairs, document scanning, ACC and Contact Lens Express processing.
