West Auckland Trust Services in Waitakere, North Island, is seeking a dedicated Part-time Warehouse & Retail Administrator to join our team. This role focuses on efficient receiving, storage, and distribution support across retail and warehouse tasks.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work independently or with others, physically fit to lift up to 20 kg, and flexible to cover weekday and weekend shifts. A NZ Driver Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming deliveries from trucks or vehicles using appropriate equipment or manual handling.
• Check and receipt all incoming goods, verifying against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Maintain the receiving area: clean, organised, and equipment stored after use.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
