Job summary

PAK’nSAVE Tamatea, part of Foodstuffs NZ, is looking for a friendly Trolley Assistant to support customers in a busy store in Hawke's Bay. The role covers cart collection, assisting customers to their vehicles, and keeping bays tidy.

Shifts are 16 hours per week on Mon 3:30-9:15, Fri 4-8, Sat 2-9:15 with early December start. You’ll work outdoors in a fast-paced team and help ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather.
• Friendly, approachable and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Collecting trolleys and ensuring trolley bays are stocked.
• Keeping trolleys clean and free from rubbish.
• Helping customers to their vehicles with groceries if required.
• Completing daily fuel site checks and keeping store surrounds tidy.
• Interacting positively with customers at all times.
