PAK’nSAVE Westgate in Auckland is seeking a reliable trolley assistant to ensure trolleys are available and moving safely around the store and car park. You will help customers with their groceries and keep the area tidy, supporting a positive shopping experience.

This permanent part-time role requires you to work Tuesday 17:00–22:00 and Sunday 16:00–22:00. Applicants must be New Zealand citizens/residents or hold a valid work visa. We value teamwork and customer service in our community.

Responsibilities

• Collect trolleys and keep bays stocked at all times.
• Keep trolleys clean and free of rubbish.
• Assist customers to their vehicles with groceries if needed.
• Ensure the store surroundings including the car park are tidy and free of rubbish.
• Report trolley repairs or replacements to the appropriate people and ensure trolleys are set aside to avoid customer use.
• Perform other tasks across the store as required.

PAK’nSAVE is looking for a trolleyassistant to join our team!

You'll be in charge to ensure theavailability of trolleys for customers at all times and to safely control theflow of trolleys and baskets in and around the store and carpark.

As a trolley assistant some of yourtasks will be:

• Collecting trolleys and ensuringthe trolley bays are stocked at all times.
• Ensuring trolleys are clean andfree from rubbish.
• Helping customers to theirvehicles with their groceries if required.
• Ensuring the immediate surroundsof the store including the car park are kept clean and tidy and free ofrubbish.
• Dealing with customersappropriately at all times.
• Ensuring the appropriate peopleare advised of trolleys needing repair or replacement and ensure suchtrolleys are put somewhere to avoid customer use.
• Other tasks across the store asrequired.

You'll be physically fit as you'll berequired to move the trolleys around and you'll love to provide a good customerservice experience to our shoppers.

This is a permanent part-time vacancy.

The hours consist of:

Tuesday 17:00 - 22:00

Sunday 16:00 - 22:00
