Job summary

EVT Limited's LyLo Queenstown is seeking a Room Attendant for a part-time role (minimum 20 hours per week). You’ll keep guest rooms and public spaces spotless, making beds, dusting, vacuuming and restocking amenities, while moving around the hotel and helping the team.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends and evenings, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset. Previous housekeeping experience is advantageous, and you’ll be part of EVT’s Daymaker culture offering perks from day

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting is an advantage
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift, push and pull heavy objects
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
• A reliable, positive attitude and pride in a job well done
• A team player who's easy to work with and always up for a laugh

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and suites, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming and sanitising all surfaces
• Replace linens and towels, and keep guest room amenities well stocked
• Maintain the cleanliness of public areas like lobbies, hallways and common spaces
• Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to the Housekeeping Manager or Maintenance Team
• Handle lost and found items in line with hotel policy, and respond promptly to guest requests
• Assist with laundry duties and follow safety, hygiene and PPE protocols at all times
