Job summary

Foodstuffs NZ in Christchurch is seeking a Part Time Retail Assistant to join our Dry Goods team. You will deliver excellent customer service and work across Grocery, Dairy, Freezer and Liquor departments to keep the shop well presented and well stocked.

This role requires physical fitness to lift up to 20 kg, a positive attitude, reliability and the ability to work with customers and teammates. You will follow Food and Health and Safety requirements and strive for an exceptional shopping

Part Time Retail Assistant

We are a large Supermarket located in a competitive area, seeking an innovative and customer-focused team member to join our Dry Goods Departments. As a member of our team, the primary focus will be on delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers, playing a crucial role in ensuring access to a wide variety of quality products. As part of the Dry Goods Team you will be expected to work in Grocery, Dairy, Freezer and the Liquor Departments.

Successful candidates will be required to provide excellent customer service, maintain a positive attitude, thrive under pressure, and exhibit physical agility and positivity. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to cultivate relationships with regular customers, providing them with the exceptional experience they deserve. We seek individuals knowledgeable about Dry Goods operations with a genuine passion for food and customer service.
