Foodstuffs South Island Limited in New Zealand is seeking energetic team members for our Dairy/Freezer Departments to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and ensure access to quality chilled and frozen products.

As part of the Chilled team you may work across Grocery, Dairy, Freezer and Liquor sections, with shifts Thursday to Saturday as listed, and a focus on customer service, physical fitness, reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Physically fit with ability to lift up to 20 kg.
• Strong attention to detail and presentable appearance.

We are a large Supermarket located in a competitive area, seeking innovative and customer-focused team members to join our Dairy/Freezer Departments. As a member of our team, the primary focus will be on delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers, playing a crucial role in ensuring access to a wide variety of quality chilled and frozen products. As a member of the Chilled team you will also be part of the Dry Goods Team and will be expected to work in Grocery, Dairy, Freezer and the Liquor departments when needed.

Successful candidates will be required to provide excellent customer service, maintain a positive attitude, thrive under pressure, and exhibit physical agility and positivity. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to cultivate relationships with regular customers, providing them with the exceptional experience they deserve. We seek individuals knowledgeable about grocery operations with a genuine passion for food and customer service.

The hours and days of the role are as follows:

Thursday 8.00am-4.30pm

Friday 6.00am-2.30pm
