Qualifications

• Experience in aquatic facility operations or lifeguard leadership.
• Knowledge of Poolsafe guidelines, water chemistry, and emergency response frameworks.
• Strong leadership with rostering and staff development.
• Excellent communication and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Leads lifeguarding team; recruits, inducts, rosters and supervises staff.
• Maintains safety compliance and regulatory documentation; oversees EAPs.
• Oversees routine inspections and servicing of pool plant equipment and emergency apparatus.
• Coordinates cleaning schedules to uphold peak hygiene standards across facilities.
• Conducts hazard assessments and coordinates repairs to perimeter fencing and infrastructure.
