Bailey Nelson is seeking a Part Time Optical Assistant to join our Auckland CBD team, where you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience, helping people find their perfect frames and supporting their eyecare needs. We pride ourselves on a customer-first approach, energy and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Customer-first mindset with experience in retail or hospitality.
• Optical experience is a plus; learnable.

• Team player focused on delivering excellent service.
• Willingness to cover shifts including Fridays and other Auckland locations.

• Adaptable & reliable - We are looking for someone adaptable who has full availability during peak trading periods and is eager to pick up extra shifts throughout the week as needed
