Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking a warm, organised National Community Inclusion Coordinator to support inclusion, engagement, and social impact across our national venue network in Aotearoa New Zealand.

Reporting to the NZ General Manager, you will work with iwi, hapū, whānau, schools, and community organisations to translate priorities into practical local plans across multiple sites, including the Hamilton office.

Qualifications

• Warm, organised, and community-minded coordinator.
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders across a national portfolio.
• Ability to translate priorities into practical local actions across venues.

Responsibilities

• Translate national community inclusion priorities into practical local plans with venue managers.
• Provide coordination templates, checklists, and follow-up support for engagement, accessibility, and inclusion projects.
• Maintain a national view of activities, events, and reporting requirements for contracts and governance.
• Iwi, hapu, whānau, and community engagement with local partners and schools.
• Co-design programmes reflecting local identity and hauora outcomes, including te reo Māori and tikanga.
• Support administrative tasks for Belgravia Foundation Aotearoa, including meetings, minutes, tracking actions, and communications.
