Job summary

DX Mail in Wellington is seeking a dependable part-time Mail Sorter and Machine Operator to keep our mail operations running smoothly. You will sort, process, and print mail, preparing items for delivery with precision.

You’ll also support the operations team by entering data, updating routes, maintaining databases, and assisting with route mapping. Strong attention to detail and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling mail and data.
• Good typing and numeracy skills with reliable data entry.
• Ability to read maps, routes, and NZ geography for logistics.
• Independent worker who can follow safety protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare mail for delivery and operate sorting/printing equipment.
• Enter data, update route information, maintain databases and assist with route mapping.
