• Ability to build trusted business relationships with franchise partners
• High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
• Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Confident using business software, reporting systems, and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience within automotive, vehicle rental, transport, or service-based industries would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with franchise partners
• Support franchisees with operational processes, compliance, and performance standards
• Coordinate onboarding and training for new franchise operators
• Monitor operational performance and reporting across the network
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and business systems
• Assist with resolving operational issues and customer escalations
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and franchise performance
• Ensure brand standards and procedures are consistently maintained
