Job summary

CGR Services in Cromwell, NZ, is seeking a Parcel Driver to safely and efficiently deliver parcels to homes and businesses. You'll load and unload freight, plan routes, and maintain records, while upholding vehicle standards and client service.

Requirements include a clean NZ Class 1 license, DG license preferred, forklift certification advantageous, and strong communication with a team-oriented approach. The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4pm, with 45 hours weekly and opportunities for

Shift

Monday – Friday, 7.30am – 4.00pm, 45 hours per week

About the role - Mō te tūranga

As a Parcel Driver, you’ll be responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of parcels to homes and businesses. Your duties include loading and unloading freight, planning efficient routes, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining delivery records and vehicle standards.

Additional key duties below:

• Deliver and pickup on time and in full
• Actively participate in all safety processes and procedures
• Ensure all freight is handled without damage
• Scan all freight. If you touch it, scan it.

What will you bring? – Ōu Pūkenga?

You’ll need a good knowledge of the region, be willing to get stuck in and have a customer focused mindset. Holding your Forklift license and Class 2 and above licenses are a huge advantage.

Additionally, you will need:

• Full NZ Class 1 license – clean (must have)

• Team player mindset
• Customer focused attitude
• OSH Forklift certification (preferred but not essential)
