Job summary

Canstaff is seeking an Automotive Panel Beater in Timaru, Canterbury, NZ. The role focuses on repairing customers' vehicles to a high standard, including repairs, replacements and structural work.

You will also ensure records and documentation are accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate is NZ-qualified or has 3+ years of relevant experience, with proficiency in refitting, panel accessory strip and structural welding, including chassis work.

Qualifications

• NZ-qualified Panel Beater or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Competent in repair and replacement, including refitting and panel accessory strip.
• Experience in structural repairs: cutting, welding, spot welding and chassis machine work.

About the Role:

As an Automotive Panel Beater, your primary responsibility will be repairing customers' vehicles to the highest possible standard. This includes performing repairs, replacements, and structural work as required. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring all records are up to date and documentation is accurate.

We are seeking a New Zealand qualified Panel Beater or an individual with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should be competent in all areas of repair and replacement, including refitting and panel accessory strip. Experience in structural repairs, such as cutting and welding, spot welding, and chassis machine work, is essential.
