Job summary

Gallagher in Hamilton, New Zealand, is offering a paid Summer Internship Programme from November 2026 to February 2027. You will work onsite for 10 weeks (400 hours) with mentors across engineering, cybersecurity, product teams and more, gaining practical skills and real-world project experience.

Successful interns may progress to Gallagher’s two-year Graduate Programme. The role provides exposure to industry-leading technology and a path into a global technology company rooted in Hamilton.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in NZ tertiary studies in science, technology, engineering, or related fields.
• Ready to participate in a paid summer internship and learn from mentors.

Responsibilities

• Work on AI-powered workflow editor prototype and related projects.
• Investigate RFID/antenna optimisation for devices and related tech.
• Contribute to security, reliability, and product development projects.
• Engage in mentorship-driven learning across multiple teams.
