Job summary

Wise Group is expanding its Pacific employment support service to help people connect with employers and sustain work. You will engage Pacific communities, build relationships with whānau, health and welfare providers, and local services to support employment outcomes.

The role emphasizes cultural competence, lived experience valued, and teamwork with a welfare and health network to improve lives. Based in Upper Hutt with travel to Wellington, Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Cultural competence is essential; Pacific focus and lived experience are valued.
• Experience in social services, addiction, youth, mental health or related sectors is preferred.
• Eligible to commence NZ Level 4 Health & Wellbeing study within six months.
