About the role

As a People & Capability Coordinator, you will play a key support role across MCERT. This is a fast‑paced, varied role that requires flexibility, strong organisation skills, and a genuine commitment to delivering positive people experiences while working collaboratively across teams

  • Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines
  • Proactive, positive, and flexible approach, with the ability to perform well under pressure
  • Well‑developed written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Confidence building and maintaining effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style
  • Sound organisational and time‑management skills, with a focus on delivering outcomes
  • Ability to quickly learn and develop a strong understanding of organisational systems, processes, and programme

Salary range

Salary range for this role is $71,060to $85,910pa.Appointment within this range will be based on skills and experience.
