Ministry for Cities, Environment, Regions and Transport (MCERT) in Wellington seeks a People & Capability Coordinator to support across MCERT, delivering positive people experiences while collaborating across teams. The position is fixed term until 26 February 2027 and based in Wellington, with an emphasis on coordination, stakeholder engagement and effective people services.

We provide joined-up policy and investment advice to government, support effective regulation and market settings, and work with others to help deliver affordable housing, connected communities, well-planned infrastructure, and a healthy, sustainable environment.
As a People & Capability Coordinator, you will play a key support role across MCERT. This is a fast‑paced, varied role that requires flexibility, strong organisation skills, and a genuine commitment to delivering positive people experiences while working collaboratively across teams
Salary range for this role is $71,060 to $85,910 pa. Appointment within this range will be based on skills and experience.
