The Christchurch Methodist Mission (CMM) invites applications for an Overnight Coordinator to support our Youth Hub Housing. You will help provide safety, stability, and continuity of care for young people aged 16-24 during overnight hours, ensuring a calm and assertive presence.

Qualifications

• NZ citizen or valid work visa with no restrictions.
• Experience in housing/support or with young people.
• Ability to stay calm in emergencies.
• Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety, support, and continuity during overnight hours.
• Ensure smooth overnight operation in transitional housing.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with youth and staff.
