You will provide administrative support and be the first point of contact for hiring managers and candidates. Responsibilities include setting up vacancies, coordinating interviews, handling pre-employment checks, and supporting data entry and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Sound administration skills with intermediate to advanced computer literacy.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle deadlines and high volumes.
  • Great relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in a government agency or large, complex organisation is a plus.
  • An understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and how to apply its principles in practice.

About the role
