Job summary

Westland Milk Products is seeking a Ship-Out Coordinator to support end-to-end outbound shipments in our Christchurch warehouse network. You will ensure orders are released, allocated, shipped and invoiced accurately and on time, serving as the operational link between QA, Supply, Order Management, Warehousing and Logistics.

You will work with internal teams and 3PL providers, safeguarding service levels, inventory accuracy and clean financial data, while adapting to a fast-paced supply chain

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehousing or order fulfilment environments.
• Proficient with ERP systems and data handling.
• Strong planning, problem solving and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end outbound shipments and ensure on-time release, allocation, shipment and invoicing.
• Collaborate with QA, Supply, Order Management, Warehousing and Logistics teams.
• Monitor service levels, inventory accuracy and system data.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and third-party providers.
