Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora Taranaki is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a 12-month maternity leave fixed-term rotational position at Taranaki Base Hospital, New Plymouth. The role covers inpatient rotations in medical, orthopaedics, surgical and rehabilitation settings, with supervision and ongoing education provided.

Qualifications

• Current New Zealand Annual Practising Certificate registration.
• Current New Zealand drivers licence.

Responsibilities

• Work as an effective team member within the Occupational Therapy department.
• Participate in orientation and induction to the department and organisation.
• Engage in internal/external professional development and clinical training.
• Contribute to delivering care across inpatient rotation areas including medical, orthopaedics, surgical and rehabilitation.
