OSD Learning Partner - Wellington, Permanent Full Time
Te Haeata/The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to shape how OSD Learning and Development partners with the business, influences capability priorities, and helps leaders address performance challenges across a large and complex operational environment. Working in partnership with leaders, the OSD Learning Partner will understand operational priorities, diagnose capability and performance needs, and identify fit-for-purpose solutions that support improved business outcomes.
Rather than responding only to training requests, the OSD Learning Partner will take a consultative approach — asking the right questions, testing assumptions, using evidence and insights, and working with leaders to determine whether learning, performance support, change management, or another solution is required.

It brings business insight into L&D planning and ensures learning and capability initiatives are targeted, prioritised, measurable, and aligned to OSD's strategic and operational goals.
