As a trusted partner, you will work closely with leaders across your supported business groups, providing high-quality, pragmatic, and best-practice advice, coaching, and support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Working in a complex, high-pace, and evolving environment, you will build strong relationships and collaborate with leaders, colleagues, and key stakeholders to enable great people outcomes. You will contribute to workforce planning and establishment management, culture and engagement development, performance, and capability initiatives, and support the delivery of organisational change.

You will be an efficient and effective HR Professional that builds relationships with key stakeholders and provide pragmatic HR advice and support. Experience in providing positive, resilient, practical trusted partnering along with a healthy sense of humour.

Oranga Tamariki offer a step based remuneration package, that offers progression annually for experience through tenure. Annual remuneration for this position starts between $106,416 and $117,782 dependant on experience.
