Arthrex is seeking a Loan Kit Technician in Auckland to manage surgical loaner instrument sets and ensure accurate ERP transactions. Experience with SAP and RF scanners is beneficial, with training provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with loaner instrument sets and ERP processes.
• Experience in medical devices or CSSD background is advantageous.
• A background in hospital or warehouse roles is acceptable with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain surgical loaner instrument and implant sets.
• Track loaner sets and update content when product expires or changes occur.
• Update set inventory lists for lot code changes.
• Understand and articulate loaner ERP system steps and transactions.
• Transfer sets from WIP storage to available stock for shipment.
• Collaborate with Commercial/Marketing to maintain proper configuration.
