We are seeking a motivated Operations Manager to join our senior management team and play a pivotal role in the continued success of our business. Working directly alongside the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless coordination between our factory operations, customers, and office teams. You will be the critical link that keeps information flowing, projects moving, and customer expectations exceeded. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
Key responsibilities
Lead and coordinate day-to-day operational activities across the business.
Act as the primary link between the factory, customers, and office teams.
Work closely with the General Manager to implement business objectives and strategic initiatives.
Monitor production schedules and ensure customer commitments are delivered on time.
Manage workflow and communication between departments to maximise efficiency.
Identify operational improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Support planning, resource allocation, and capacity management.
Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a high level of service delivery.
Assist with problem‑solving and issue resolution across production, logistics, and customer service.
Lead, mentor, and support team members to achieve business goals.
About you
Proven experience in an Operations Manager, Production Manager, or similar leadership role.
Strong understanding of manufacturing, production, or operational environments.
Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to confidently engage with customers, production teams, and senior management.
Strong commercial acumen and problem‑solving abilities.
Excellent planning, organisational, and time‑management skills.
Results‑driven with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
